CAFA Notice
Hilsoft Notifications has broad expertise with providing notice in compliance with section 1715 of the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA). Identifying Officials
To assist clients, Hilsoft maintains a list of all the Attorneys General (50 states, District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories) as well as the United States Attorney General. In addition, we often work with defendants to identify and compile the names of class members who reside in each state, and/or the estimated proportionate share of the class members in each state to include with the CAFA notice.
Mailing Expertise
As part of our CAFA mailing process, our noticing team checks every single address and mailing label prior to mailing to ensure complete, accurate notification. Our in-house noticing and mailing center is located on-site and staffed 24/7. CAFA mailings can be turned around in 72 hours or less.
